Brad Carrington has always enjoyed working with his hands, solving problems and improving his surroundings.  In 6th grade he started a weekly lawn service and hand built a trailer to carry the equipment behind the bright red Mongoose BMX bicycle he purchased shortly after starting his first summer job.  This "one-man" business grew into lawn maintenance company with several employees caring for over 70 residential clients, multiple HOA neighborhood entrances and community properties in far north Dallas and Richardson.  Snapper Corporation asked his company to test and evaluate the quality and reliability of their lawnmowers, the crew clocked over 150 hours per machine each month.

Brad graduated from J. J. Pearce High School and completed his BBA at Stephen F. Austin State University.  He started working at DSC Communications in 1990 and married his wife in the same year.  He worked 16 years in operations and sales before starting Carrington Contractors in 2007.  His wife owns "Kari Carrington Designs". karicarringtondesigns.com They lived in Plano, Richardson and Lake Highlands before moving to Rockwall.  There daughter graduated from LHHS and UT in Austin.  You can find more information about Brad at: linkedin.com/in/bradcarrington
